• Volunteer and contact forms: the details you type into the form.
• Basic, anonymous website usage statistics.

How we use it

• To issue donation receipts and Form 10BE certificates, and to file Form 10BD as required by the Income Tax Act.
• To respond to your enquiry or volunteer application.
• To send newsletters only if you subscribe — you can unsubscribe at any time.

Payments

Online payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI PIN or net-banking credentials.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal data. Information is shared only with the Income Tax Department where the law requires it, and with service providers who help us run this website, under confidentiality.
